Dr. Delisa Rodgers

With over 20 years of experience spanning K–12 and higher education, Dr. Delisa is a dedicated leader committed to fostering transformative learning environments. She holds a Master's degree in School Administrative Leadership, a North Carolina Principal's License, and a Doctorate in Theology — combining educational expertise with a profound understanding of spiritual development.
As a published author, seasoned motivational speaker, and serial entrepreneur, Dr. Delisa is passionate about faith-based leadership and community transformation, believing that education is a powerful tool for change.
